*The cottage is designed to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, that includes infants & children. No more than 6 persons are allowed to reside in/on the cottage property at any given time (this includes infants & children).
*Parties and Events are not permitted.
*Check-In time is 4:00 pm MST. Check-out time is 10:00 am MST.
*Quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 8am - please respect our neighbors.
*Dogs are allowed on the property with a $50 non refundable pet deposit per dog
*This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping.
*This property is on a septic system please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilets, even if it says flushable.
*Bears are very active in the area. Do not leave any food, trash (or other scented items) in vehicles or outside of cottage. All trash should be secured inside the house or in the bear-proof trash bin on the property.
Guest receives 97% (minus 3% Credit Card processing fees) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Equipped with new stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) it is a joy to cook for the entire party while still being in the thick of the fun - the kitchen is the heart of the house.

Are all provided, along with a coffee maker, kettle, french press, creamer, sugar and honey! We provide both ground and whole bean coffee as well as a variety of tea choices. We provide all of the basic toiletries one might need in both bathrooms - this includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. In addition, we provide black makeup washcloths, q-tips, and bath towels, hand towels & regular washcloths for each guest.
